The website www.domusnovarc.it is an online information service provided by the Domus Nova Room & Breakfast in Reggio (henceforth known as “Domus Nova”), through which the user of the site (henceforth known as “the user”) can request information on the availability of rooms and / or other services (from now on known as “services”) made available by Domus Nova, through the guided procedure contained in the site itself.

The use of the www.domusnovarc.it website and the contained services is subject to acceptance by the User of the terms and conditions set out below.

GUIDED PROCEDURE AND BOOKING

Through the guided procedure available on the website www.domusnovarc.it, the User can proceed to the reservation of the selected services, by entering the date of check-in and check-out, the number of rooms and the number of adults and children for which you intend to book the service.

The user will be redirected to the PayPal site which will block (not take) the entire amount of the stay as a commitment and guarantee.

At the end of the booking procedure, a confirmation email will be sent from the Domus Nova to the email address indicated during the online booking.

The email and the phone number of the User, specified on the request for information, will be used by Domus Nova exclusively for communications regarding the reservation.

CHECKING THE INSERTED DATA

If the email entered in the request for information is not confirmed or contains untrue or inaccurate data, Domus Nova will not be able to respond to the User and therefore it will not be possible to make an eventual confirmation of the reservation.

The User is therefore obliged to:

verify the correctness of the data entered
confirm, as described in the wizard, the email address

Domus Nova will not be held responsible for requests not received due to errors in the insertion or confirmation of data by the User.

PAYMENT POLICY

The stay will be paid in full at Domus Nova. However, during the booking process on the secure PayPal portal the total amount of the stay will be blocked as a commitment and guarantee.

For any group bookings please contact us by e-mail or by telephone.

CHANGE AND/OR CANCELLATION OF BOOKING

Any changes and / or cancellations of the booking by the User must be communicated to Domus Nova not later than 24 hours prior to check-in.
If the cancellation of the reservation is cancelled following the terms described in this contract, no charge will be made.
In case of late cancellation or no-show, one night will be charged, by means of a PayPal transaction taken from the amount blocked at the time of booking.

CHECK IN TIMES AND CHECK OUT

Check-in is possible from 11:00 on the day of arrival.

The check-out must take place before 10:00 on the day of departure.

The User has the right to request an early check-in or a late check-out from Domus Nova.

These terms and conditions are subject to Italian laws and the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Italian State.

For disputes with Domus Nova the court of reference is exclusively that of Reggio Calabria.

LIABILITY LIMITS

Domus Nova maintains and updates the information contained on this website. In any case, anyone who intends to purchase products or use the services described on the www.domusnovarc.it website should not refer to this information, but must further ascertain the actual nature of the products and services, as well as the suitability for the intended use. It follows that all information on this site is provided without any guarantee, implicit or explicit, of any kind, such as, but not limited to, the quality of the products or the suitability for a specific purpose.

In no case will Domus Nova be liable for direct or indirect damages of any kind caused by the use of the www.domusnovarc.it website. The information contained on this site may be inaccurate or vitiated by typographical errors. The information may be changed and / or updated without notice, and the products described may be changed or improved without notice.

The original language of this contract and the information contained on the www.domusnovarc.it website is Italian, therefore texts in languages other than Italian may contain inaccuracies or errors.

Any reference must therefore be made on the text in the original language.

FOECE MAJEURE

Domus Nova reserves the right to reduce, alter or cancel a reservation and / or other agreed services in the event of Force Majeure. The User will not have the right to claim any compensation for losses (even indirect ones) caused by the aforementioned restriction, alteration or cancellation.

The term “Force Majeure” includes, but is not limited to, fortuitous, natural or malicious incidents of any kind that render all or part of the reserved accommodation unusable, such as riots, civil or international wars, natural disasters, fires, municipal, legislative, military or any other authority outside the control of Domus Nova.

INDEMNIFICATION

With this contract, the User agrees to respect and indemnify Domus Nova, its affiliates and / or suppliers, or any of its officers, managers, employees, from and against any claim, requests, judgments, losses, damages, fines, penalties, other costs or expenses of any type or nature, including, but not limited to, the legal and accounting charges imposed by third parties, due to unauthorized use of the services, the name and other data from Domus Nova.

PRIVACY

Legislative Decree n. 196 of 30 June 2003 (“Code regarding the protection of personal data”) provides for the protection of persons and other subjects regarding the processing of personal data.

In compliance with the regulations indicated, Domus Nova undertakes to process the data collected in the correct and transparent manner to protect the privacy of its guests.

Therefore, pursuant to Article 13 of Legislative Decree no. n.196 / 2003, we note that:
